Integral members of the National Championship-winning Brampton AAA Royals in 2005, they have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to the sport. Jaineel was awarded Best Pitcher in Ontario and Canada, while both were inducted into the Brampton Men’s Senior Rep Baseball Hall of Fame. WHY WE STARTED
Our goal is to inspire youth in our community by developing their skills and confidence through organized, structured, and enjoyable baseball programs. We aim to create a family-like atmosphere where players feel supported and connected. We believe in building confidence both on the field and in everyday life. Personally, Jaineel is driven by his son’s interest in baseball and wants to ensure he has the best opportunities to learn and grow as both a player and a confident young man.

During his freshman season, Graham went 3-0 in 5 conference starts, including 2 complete games and a sub 3.00 ERA, earning all-conference recognition. As the captain of Mott, he graduated with a 3.87 GPA and then committed to Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, to continue his baseball career. Currently studying sports management, Graham's passion for athletics and business, combined with his unique experiences and deep love for the game, will greatly benefit New Tec Baseball.

BASEBALL
At NewTec Baseball, we believe in pushing players to reach their full potential—both on and off the field. As a student-athlete at Brock University, I know firsthand what it takes to compete at the next level, and I’m excited to share my experience with the next generation of ballplayers.
From my time in the Canadian Premier Baseball League (CPBL) to earning Team MVP and Pitcher of the Year with the Brock Badgers, I’ve learned that success comes from discipline, preparation, and a commitment to constant improvement.
My goal is to help athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the opportunities ahead.

SOFTBALL
I am on a mission to teach young kids the windmill pitch and to bring softball to life in Canada! I grew up windmill pitching in beautiful British Columbia where softball is not just a game – it is a culture.
A windmill creates energy and it creates movement. My goal is to give our kids energy and get them moving outside in the fresh air, starting right here in New Tech, Ontario. I enjoy working with the youngest of athletes, introducing them to the sport of softball with a fun approach designed to have fun and fall in love with the game. I am passionate about working with our elite athletes, focusing on precision mechanics. I specialize in athletic breathwork – helping athletes connect their movements to their breath – a very important skill for anyone to enhance all levels of performance.
