From October to April, athletes will have full access to all programs — that’s 22 sessions, 2 hours each — held indoors at Upper Deck Baseball Academy in Brampton. Our program combines baseball-specific training with a strength & conditioning program led by a certified personal trainer, ensuring your athlete is fully prepared in every aspect of the game — from power and speed to endurance and mobility.
